SAVANNAH, GA - The Golden Tiger Film Society presents THE GATHERING at 6 p.m. on November 29, 2016 in room 125 of Whiting Hall at Savannah State University.
THE GATHERING is for SSU faculty, students, and alumni who love film. We want to encourage everyone who has an interest in film to come to THE GATHERING and experience the projects that various filmmakers have in production. At THE GATHERING filmmakers will present a brief clip of a film are working on; and if the film is still in production they can use this event as a platform to find actors, songwriters and crew to help complete their film project. Filmmakers that are starting production completely from scratch can still use this event to meet actors, crew, etc. There will also be a small workshop at THE GATHERING about aspects of film production ranging from casting, location scouting to equipment use and more information will be released about the 2017 SSU Indie Film Festival.
